Dk8 Terms and Conditions — Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

Dk8 is not responsible for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by the player.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers and game developers.

In any event, dk8's maximum liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player within the 30 days preceding the claim.
